This is an alternative to row pallet racks. Their use allows to increase the storage area up to 80% and its optimal use. Unlike traditional pallet racking, sliding pallet racking has only one work corridor.
The construction of mobile racks does not differ much from traditional pallet racks. The main difference is the placement of individual rack lines on special trolleys that move on rails embedded in the floor using an electric drive, creating a space (corridor) between the shelf strings for the forklift truck operation. The working corridor can be automatically opened by means of a control system, normally placed on the external frames of the shelf strings as well as remotely by means of the remote control.
