Carton Flow racks are designed in such a way that they always provide full ergonomics for the employees who serve them. In shelf-mounted shelves, goods are stored on roller races. The incline of the treadmill allows free movement of goods entering from one side, towards the service corridor. This system guarantees excellent rotation of stored products, eliminates activities related to replenishing inventory, shortens the time of preparation of orders. It also avoids the need for frequent staff movements. Storage in flow racks provides great economic benefits by storing cartons or containers in a compact manner. It allows for a large saving of space compared to traditional storage racks and a large reduction of time spent on moving between shelves to different locations and completing orders. Carton Flow racks are designed as independent modules, as well as integrated with pallet racks.
